If the customer is not satisfied, Zoho will offer a full refund for the purchase and downgrade the account to the free plan.
For annual subscriptions, Zoho offers a significant discount for an annual up-front commitment. If at any time during the first 45 days of using the service, a customer is dissatisfied, Zoho will do its best to address the issue, provide a workaround, or give a timeline for a solution. If the customer is not satisfied, Zoho will offer a full refund for the purchase and downgrade the account to the free plan.

If Zoho fails to address the breakage of a functionality within any promised timelines, or if it is unable to provide a satisfactory workaround for discontinued functionality, it will offer a pro-rated refund for the remainder of the contract.
There will be strictly no refund (full or pro-rated) in cases where an account is terminated, suspended, or blocked by Zoho for activities that are in violation of its Terms of Service. This includes, but is not limited to, phishing, impersonation, fraud, and violation of any applicable laws.
For partial downgrades of annual subscriptions, credits in the form of an extension of subscription for the active licenses will be provided. The discounts that were applied will be excluded for calculating the quantum of credits.
For convenience, monthly and yearly subscriptions will auto-renew until the service is cancelled. A mail specifying the amount that will be charged to the credit card will be sent every time before the subscription auto-renews.
